Welcoming New Leadership: Exciting Changes in Our Board of Directors

We are excited to welcome newly appointed Board Officers and new members of our Board. Nikki Moberly has been appointed Chair, and Daryl Boffman as Vice Chair. They will serve alongside fellow Executive Committee members Gordon Cooley, Past Chair; Richard Ohnmacht, Treasurer; Jim Plamondon, Secretary; and Thomas Kleinhanzl, President and CEO of Frederick Health. 

Ms. Moberly has extensive experience as a senior leader, executive, and trusted advisor to numerous enterprises and entities. Mr. Boffman, a veteran of the US Army, has spent decades working in public affairs, IT, finance, and community engagement. Ms. Moberly and Mr. Boffman bring a wealth of practical, real-world expertise to our Board of Directors. 
"It's been my pleasure to serve on this board for eight years, and I look forward to continuing to bring mission-driven, strong oversight, and strategic input in a way that serves our community and makes quality healthcare accessible," said Ms. Moberly. 

Departing our Board of Directors are the Honorable Stephen Johnson, Karlys Kline, and Harriet Brown. We sincerely thank them for their commitment, vision, and guidance during their time on our Board. 

Joining our Board will be Lisa Coblentz, Maria Roat, and the Honorable John "Hamp" Tisdale. Ms. Coblentz has significant experience working with numerous development groups, industry experts, non-profits, and professional boards. Ms. Roat has over three decades of technology and cybersecurity experience and has worked with numerous Federal and State agencies to streamline their platforms. Judge Tisdale spent thirty years as a Judge of the Circuit Court of Appeals and has volunteered at Frederick Health since 2013.
