An innovative and comprehensive approach to treating newly diagnosed cancer patients.

By pulling together an expert team of providers from several different medical areas, patients will now be able to see all their doctors on the same day, at the same location - no need to schedule multiple appointments! A dedicated care navigator will help steer patients through the program to ensure that all their needs are being met, explaining and offering all treatment options in one convenient clinic visit. In an effort to offer a more personalized approach to medicine, the Frederick Health team will build a patient’s treatment profile based on their unique genetics.

Patients will also be able to ask questions, seek guidance on what treatment works best for their needs, and obtain a second opinion on their current treatment plan. This exciting approach is just another way Frederick Health offers innovative, award-winning care to the community that we serve.

Referrals

Frederick Health's goal is to provide easy access for providers to refer a patient to our team of specialists. Our team of dedicated oncology patient access representatives will communicate directly with your administrative team and the patient to schedule the appointment and gather the necessary medical records.
