Urgent Care
“I need medical care today, but it's not an emergency” ($$)
Examples include:
- Back pain (not severe)
- Cold/flu
- COVID-19 symptoms
- Earache
- Fever (Below 103°F)
- Headache/migraine
- Rash
- Sore throat
- Minor injuries (cuts, burns, sprains)
- Not being able to reach your primary care provider
- Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
Visit any Frederick Health Urgent Care location - or start a Virtual Visit online for a flat fee of $50 for online interview and $65 for video visit.

- Stomach issues
From the comfort of your home, you can connect with a Frederick Health provider online and be treated within an hour or less.
- On-Demand Video Visit: See a provider live for real-time support and a treatment plan. ($65)
- Online Interview: Answer a few questions about your symptoms and a provider will review and provide a care plan. ($50)

Emergency Care

- Chest pain
- Fainting
- High fever (103°F and above) with severe symptoms
- Pediatric emergencies
- Serious injury (deep wounds, suspected broken bones)
- Severe pain
- Sudden weakness of body parts
- Trouble breathing
- Uncontrolled bleeding
