Making an Impact.
Our mission is to positively impact the well-being of every individual in our community. With nearly 4,000 dedicated team members, we achieve this through various programs, community services, education, and financial assistance.
This report highlights our positive health impacts from July 2022 to June 2023. As an independent, not-for-profit healthcare system, we respond to community needs and improve access to quality healthcare for everyone. From free in-home visits for newborns to assistance for seniors, we provide resources that foster healthy behaviors and personal wellness.
Please read about our Comprehensive Care Center, Dental Clinic, and Breast Center, which are critical in patient care and reducing emergency department volumes. This report also details our financial investments in the community, ongoing expansions like those in Brunswick, and our collaboration with the Coalition for a Healthier Frederick County.
